Finding "Christ in You - the Hope of Glory": Re-Reading the Bible in an Allegorical Way

When my daughter was in grade 3, she came to me right after school and asked me, “Dad, how could Jesus walk on water?”  She might have learned about gravity in her science class. Do you have any answers if you have the same question from your child or grandchildren?  How do I cook solid food with good nutrition for my daughter, who has already started demythologizing the Bible and her faith? That has been an ongoing wrestling in my ministry as if Jacob wrestled with an angel of God until daybreak before crossing the river of Jabbok.  You may find some answers in the book.

This book is comprised of twenty-five chapters focusing on Christ's life according to the Christian Lectionary order, such as Advent, Christmas, Temptation, Parables, and his Death and Resurrection. In it, I have tried to re-read Christ’s life through an allegorical lens. When you read it that way, you find Christ in you as the Hope of Glory to navigate you in this sea of life journey.
