Refund policy
Items cannot be returned without authorization from a United Church Bookstore customer service team member. For return authorization, please e-mail our customer service team or phone 1-800-288-7365.
Return requests must be made no later than 30 days after the order date. Items that have been authorized for return must arrive at our warehouse in saleable condition in order for a refund or credit to be issued. Customers are responsible for paying any shipping charges associated with the return.
Items that cannot be returned and are final sale include
- special orders
- print-on-demand items
- yearly church resources, such as calendars and bulletins
- periodicals

Defective or damaged items may be eligible for refund or replacement. Please e-mail our customer service team or phone 1-800-288-7365 if you receive damaged or defective items with your order.
