We welcome everyone to order from us! If you’re looking for books and resources for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, or just plain good reading, we’re here for you.
Can I order if I live outside Canada?
At this time, we only ship orders within Canada. If you live outside of Canada, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you wish to purchase a digital product, like an e-book, purchases can be made worldwide.
How do I create an account?
A valid e-mail address is required to make a purchase and create an account. To create an account, visit the Create an Account page and fill out the required fields. If you forget to create an account before you shop, you can also create one during checkout. Be sure to make note of your login details so you can return to the website and make future purchases, as well as manage your account details (review the status of an order, update account information, etc.).

What if I can’t remember my password?
If you are struggling to remember your password, try resetting it. If you continue to have problems, please contact our customer service team.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept debit and credit online payment methods such as Interac®, Visa, and MasterCard. Your debit or credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination with a $2 handling fee.
For Print-on-Demand items, shipping charges are calculated by the supplier based on the items and quantity you are ordering. You will be able to see this calculated rate when you proceed to checkout.

How can I confirm my order?
After successfully completing the checkout process you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. If you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail, check your junk and spam folders.
How do I buy a gift card?
A gift card is an excellent gift and can be e-mailed to the recipient. Please contact our customer service team with information about the amount and the e-mail address of the recipient.
How do I use a discount code?
Before using a discount code, make sure you have read and understand the conditions of the discount. To apply a discount code on your order:
- Add the items to your cart that you wish to apply a discount to and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the discount code in the “Gift card or discount code” box and press “Apply.”
- You'll see the discount applied and your order total will adjust accordingly.
If you receive an error when applying a discount code, review the conditions of the discount to make sure the qualifying products have been added to your cart and that the code is still valid.

How are subscription products billed?
When the first purchase is made your credit card will be billed at checkout. Upon renewal of your subscription, your credit card will be automatically billed the appropriate amount.
Subscription length will be noted under purchase options and you will be notified by e-mail one week before the subscription renewal amount is charged.

How do I update my subscription information/cancel a subscription?
You are able to manage your subscriptions through your Customer Account. Simply login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
All active subscriptions will be listed with the subscription status and renewal date. You can edit your subscription billing information or cancel the subscription by locating the specific order and selecting “Edit.”

How do I load e-books on my e-reader?
E-books can be read on a variety of devices. If you’re having trouble getting a file you’ve downloaded from UCRDstore.ca onto your device, visit our E-books help page for details. Please note that e-books and other digital products can only be purchased online.
