The theme of this issue is Antisemitism and Supersessionism. Throughout much of Christian history, the attitude of Christians has been that the Christian faith has
taken over from, or superseded, the Jewish faith. Certain readings from Christian scripture have been used to support this approach. The theology of supersessionism has led to horrific acts of antisemitism. This issue challenges this notion and addresses ways of approaching the antisemitic tone in certain New Testament scriptures.
