Book Displays

The United Church Bookstore sends a selection of books, supplies, and merchandise by request to church-related events such as meetings, conferences, and a variety of gatherings.

Requests must be made at least 30 business days before your event by filling out the Book Display Request form. Upon receipt of the completed form you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking. The United Church Bookstore will cover outbound shipping charges; the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. 

We do our best to accommodate special order requests; however, these items are not guaranteed, are considered non-returnable, and will be invoiced separately.

Book Display Policy

Before the Event

  • Place your request at least 30 business days before your event by filling out the Book Display Request form, signing it, and returning it to the United Church Bookstore. For assistance with this process, please call 1-800-288-7365 ext. 4077.
  • If a book display is ordered at least 30 business days before the event, the United Church Bookstore will cover outbound shipping charges. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • If the order is placed less than 30 business days before the event, the United Church Bookstore may be able to fulfill the order, but the customer will pay for the shipping costs to and from the event.
  • Upon receipt of the completed Book Display Request form you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking.

During the Event

  • With your shipment, you have received a Book Display Kit. In it you will find

  • Ensure the received products match the packing slip. Any discrepancy should be reported immediately to the United Church Bookstore at 1-800-288-7365 or e-mail us.
  • When collecting credit card payments or church account orders, make sure you include the name, address, and phone number of the customer. We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. Please note this does not include Visa debit cards or other Interac® payment methods.

After the Event

  • Place all payments and completed order forms in the Purolator envelope provided. Please note we can no longer accept cash in the mail.
  • Contact 1-800-288-7365 ext. 2770 within 60 days after your event to request return authorization.
  • In the box with your return shipment you must include a packing list. Using the address label provided, ship the boxes via your chosen carrier to:
